 BLOWOUT SALE TERMS

First off - you should definitely take advantage of this sale - prices are BELOW WHOLESALE! All items purchased via our Blowout Sale are FINAL SALE. We may offer exchanges on a case by case basis for 2015 designs only. Customers who made a purchase prior to the sale are not eligible for a refund for the sale price. If the cost of an item drops, that decrease will not be refunded for any prior sale. 

Shipping

The Snooze Shack ships all over the world!

All orders ship from New York within 3 days of order processing.

These orders will ship via USPS, UPS or FedEx.

 

Orders going to all locations are subject to varying rates based on your ship to address.

 

To receive your order faster within the Continental US you may choose Express for an additional fee. Customers who choose express shipping options will have their item packed and shipped within 1 business day of order processing.

 

Exchanges

All purchases made at www.thesnoozeshack.com and/or any of our physical locations may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase. All tags must be in place and the item must be unworn and must be accompanied by your original receipt. Upon receiving your shipment we will do a thorough review of the item to ensure it has not been worn and is in its original state - Please note that this process may take up to one week. If we suspect said item has been worn we will ship the product back. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Any and all shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and are subject to unique rates which are altered on a case by case basis. In other words - When it comes to exchanges, we will do our best to get you the most affordable rate possible but it is your responsibility to pay for it. You must get prior approval for an exchange by emailing info@thesnoozeshack.com. Upon approval you will receive an RA number and a ship to address for our warehouse in Chatham, NY.
